If you love whole milk, you're going to be happy about this. A new study published in Circulation indicates that full-fat dairy, like whole milk, may be healthier than low-fat dairy, like skim milk. Researchers analyzed the blood of 3,333 adults taken over 15 years and discovered that people who had higher levels of three different byproducts of full-fat dairy had an average 46 percent lower risk of developing diabetes."

I think there's a correlation of people who have weight problems getting skim milk to lose weight, and thin people allowing themselves to have whole milk because they aren't worried about the impact it will have on their weight. It's probably not cause & effect.

Milk is good for you. Doctors don't want to tell you this because then they would run out of business. Ding dong. Stop over complicating your diet and just eat damnit. Get sunlight get fresh air and eat good food. Life isn't that complicated people.

the difference also is being active and exercising regularly. my uncle pretty much raised his kids on skim milk and they're still in much better shape now than someone like me who prefers 2%. eating right as a whole and keeping the blood flowing is what really matters.

Full fat milk means more nutrients and keeps you satisfied.

Skim milk ( not enriched ) leads to less nutrients and tastes watery/bland

This depends what you are using the milk for.  If I am foaming milk for my latte, I use 2% milk as 3.5% milk will not froth as well.  If I am making chicken and dumplings, I use whole milk to make the gravy as it is richer.  I use both, where each one in more appropriate.

My dad is diabetic so my whole family drinks skim milk. It is honestly the best thing ever. I don’t know why people hate it
