Incline Push Up on Bar - OPEX Exercise Library

Start the Incline Push Up on Bar with a bar mounted to the rack at your stomach level. Lean forward and grab the bar to form a push up position. Walk your feet closer to you to make it easier or further away to make it tougher. Then slowly lower yourself until your chest touches the bar. Then press yourself back up until your arms are locked out.
