1/2 tsp coriander seeds, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp fennel seeds, 3 black pepper seeds, piece of ginger. Bring 2 cups water to a boil on medium flame and then simmer for 5 min keep lid on for 3 to 5 min allow to cool and drink. 2 Tbsp for 8 months, 4 Tbsp for 10 months, and 1/4 Cup for 1 yr olds. Give 1 to 2 Tbsp on empty stomach.

I just went and made this recipe in my thermal vacuum carafe that hold less than quart and more than a pint, i.e., more water than recommended in the recipe but with the measured amount of herbs pounded in my mortar and pestle. I really like how this turned out. It's yummy and balanced and much better than that silicone stuff (gas-ex etc.) they sell you for gas. I let it steep for about an hour and a quarter before I started drinking and it just keeps getting better as it steeps longer. I just boiled the water not the herbs and combined in my thermal carafe. Thermos steeping is the best: get the most out of your herbs.
