I’m not usually into health books, but when your doctor recommends one, you kind of have to try it. The Science of Lasting Health by Dr. Samuel Royce really changed how I think about my daily habits — especially around sleep and nutrition.

My brother's friend has been using autophagy, keto and collagen powder for loose skin. It's taken 3 years, but his results have been amazing without all of the scars left from surgery

I’ve done several 3 & 7 day water only fasts before. Today I’m currently on my 6th day of Water only Fasting for 40 days and 40 nights. Don’t let the food pimps trick you into forgetting how powerful our bodies are. I can’t speak for SKINNY PEOPLE, but if you’re overweight in the slightest, FAST!

Im currently on my 4th 40 day water fast. Its changed my life. I went from around 360lbs to around 205, and I have almost no loose skin. After my 3rd fast I allowed myself to gain 30 back, and now I am getting back to my more ideal weight.

IME the longer you fast, the more effective your autophagy.

18hr Fasting is now my norm. What I love about it is I don't restrict what I feel like eating in the 6hr window (even ice cream or fried chicken occasionally, no issues) so I don't get weird food fixations or feel like I'm missing out. Combined with long daily walks it's worked great.

Autophagy works! I tore my meniscus and had surgery to repair it, however, I have been dealing with pain and inflammation in my knee for years, preventing me from taking long walks or even walking up stairs normally, very depressing. After watching Dr. Frank and starting my ADF journey, all knee pain disappeared within the first week...amazing!

Good video, im 64 years old, on keto now Carnavore, im down from 346 to 319, i have these little ugly hanging skin near my upper legs, I noticed since going OMAD these are tightening up, last month did 3 day water fast and a couple good work outs, noticed even better looking, now i know why, im fighting to see the 2:s on my scale this year. I’m on day 20 of a 21 day water fast for the first time. I’ve lost 24.6lbs and I have noticed I’ve gained muscle and more energy. My emotions are more stable and I feel like areas of my body are healing themselves. Glad to have found this video.

MIT study shows that 48 hours fasting is the sweet spot. At the 17th hour autophagy begins. At the 24th hour stem cells begin to regenerate at 48 hours dopamine and growth hormones, immunity, WBC’s increase. Sleep autophage is possibly related to the fact that sleep is a form of fasting, as well, ANS and CNS is in control while you sleep, which during metabolic rest states, body repair itself.
I guess you can see this as information we’ve always known, yet now we have a new perspective on how autophage activating stem cells for cellular repair.

My husband and I have been doing 36 hour fasts followed by 12 hour eating window (staying away from crappy food) all November and we plan to continue and add in some 48 and 72 hours fasts. So many health benefits!! Amazing how awesome God designed our bodies! 🙏🏼🙌🏼👏🏼☺️

I've lost 144lbs since July 2022 and have way less loose skin than I expected. I wasn't sure why until I found your videos . I do intermittent fasting (17hrs) and cleansing . With low impact exercises. Like walking and weighted hula hoop. I also stay hydrated.

I'd been having trouble sleeping for over a year now coupled with unexplainable weight gain of aroud 45 pounds. I tried everything. Exercised until my body felt like I had been run over by a truck, only to get up the next day and do it all over again while on a restricted diet. I couldn't lose the weight. In fact, I gained more. Then I tried lipo pills and injections which worked a bit as I lost 13 pounds. As soon as I stopped I regained the weight and more. Finally, out of nowhere, on one of my sleepless nights, the thought of fasting came to mind. I started a water fast the very next day. I fasted for three full days, ate one day then fasted again for another. It has been a few days now of alternate day fasting and already my sleep has improved, my waist line has reduced and i just feel an all around sense of well being. Sometimes, your body just needs a break from food. Digestion is a lot of work.

Most of my life I’ve skipped a meal & exercised. No sugar or simple sugar foods. When I was 50 my body looked like I was 20 & my face looked like I was 30. My whole life until now I couldn’t sleep. I didn’t realize it was from me not having enough carbs in my diet. I love sleep, so I’ve decided at 59 that I would rather not look so young bcz sleep is more important to me at my age! I still workout & eat healthy but no more fasting! My body still looks good but not that tight little body that I use to have. I was 103 lbs 5’. Now I’m 112 lbs. I love resistance training & calisthenics! I’ve added oatmeal to my diet as it makes me sleep great!
