Agreed! Talking about cholesterol is a major distraction; primarily because they've BEEN ABSOLUTELY WRONG THE WHOLE TIME!

I'm doing the jumping and hopping on my walker. I started with small push ups and I'm now lifting my body weight off the floor. I love the jumping and it's also helping my right shoulder pain of 3 years.

A great episode would be Dr. Baker getting an Mri with Dr. Omara and interpret it for us. 😊

I sprint on my elliptical machine. Three or four sprints for 15 or 20 seconds, with a fair bit of resistance from the machine, three times a week or so. Almost zero concerns of injury this way. Also lift fairly heavy, regularly. Very heavy carnivore diet; mostly fatty red meat and eggs.

I have spinal Stenosis in my lumbar. So I’ve noticed a tightness in my quads, hamstrings, and calf’s. And a numbness feeling in my legs. So I have quit sprinting on the treadmill, but I have been doing a sprinting type walk on the treadmill 3.5 for a minute then 3.0 for a minute and I do 8 of those. My heart rate does get up there during the faster walk. Since I noticed the feeling in my legs I don’t trust my legs like I did. Oh I’m 72 years old too! I am carnivore.

Believe me, biking is way more dangerous than sprinting.

I have had injuries from both.

I have viewed a lot of Dr Sean's videos and commented as well. Have a feeling that I never had a lot of visceral fat in my lifetime. His body and health is what most 60 year olds should expect!
