It’s always good to keep reminding about oxidative stress on the body, i remember learning about this many years ago and being horrified, always used to take anti oxidants after that and vit C at quite high doses. Mostly I eat more polyphenols and fruit n veggies now plus your 5 recommended heart healthy foods, I know I don’t get as much exercise as I was doing and life is very stressful the last few years thanks to others around me but am hoping I’ve done enough. It’s impossible to do it all but knowledge is power. Great video 😊

I learned so much of this 25 years ago by Dr Perriconne. I did it for my looks, less wrinkles. :) A trick with Oats is a pinch of salt. It can make it taste sweet. And some Vanilla... don't need to add any sugar.

This is so important for me to watch. My cholesterol is 310 and I was so depressed. I’m going to do it exactly as he says. My cardiologist put me on Rosuvastatin 20 mg and I’m in panic. I’m going to do the oatmeal for breakfast. I’ve been doing the avocado, etc. thank dr Li. You are so wise and so pleasant to watch. You are calm and a wonderful teacher.

Anything the FDA says I just do the opposite. I recommend reading “Health and Beauty Mastery” by Julian Bannet, that book is a real eye opener about shocking stuff health industry is doing! I completely changed my habits
