In this enlightening video, Dr. Barbara O'Neill explains the surprising connection between high cholesterol levels and Alzheimer's disease. She reveals that people with high cholesterol are less likely to get Alzheimer's because the brain thrives on fat. Dr. O'Neill discusses the misconceptions about cholesterol and the importance of healthy fat in our diet, emphasizing that a cholesterol level of 200 to 250 can be beneficial.

Dr. O'Neill highlights how the push for cholesterol-lowering medications and fat-free diets has led to an increase in carbohydrate consumption, leaving many people unsatisfied after meals. This shift in diet has not decreased heart disease rates, which remains the number one killer. Instead, it has caused more people to be placed on cholesterol-lowering medications, affecting their overall health and well-being.

Throughout the video, Dr. O'Neill provides valuable insights into how our diet impacts our brain health and heart disease. She encourages viewers to rethink their approach to cholesterol and fat, advocating for a balanced diet that supports both brain and heart health. Don't miss out on this critical information that could change the way you view your diet and overall health.

It was recommended that I take medication for high cholesterol but I refused because the side effects are far worse than what they’re saying.
