I personally always appreciate when the bedroom is separated from the living unit, even if the bedroom would be small. This way it is more comfortable to have people stay over. Also I don't like to have have my clothes in same space where I cook.

Green plants would top this place off to a new level. Very nice sleek living space. ~Smile!

It looks neat but I don't like how the mesh could be difficult to clean and let dust in... maybe smoked glass (which could also have designs on it) for a similar effect?

I adore the raised floor to the bed! It's the major selling point for me.
Architects & interior designers are really amazing, they are able to re-imagine a space!

It's very nice and clean, like a modern hotel room. The problem is, I'd rather not live in a hotel room, but I admire the design concept

I've been watching several videos here since the past few days, and love all of them: the content and the production quality.
The one choice I'm curious about is whenever the architect restructures the living space, they almost always relocate the separate kitchen into the living room, allocating lesser area, without any clear demarcation, and move the bedroom in its place. I understand the requirement to separate living spaces with sleeping ones, but having a kitchen open into the living area is unimaginable for me, especially since I am Indian. Cooking here is such an intense process that conducting it in open spaces would fill up the drawing room with steam, oil splatters, and pungent smells, and you definitely need way more breathing room to move around and juggle multiple dishes together. A metre wide counter top with one burner ain't cutting it here!

Beautiful design, I love the look an feel of it. I do not care for the mesh under the counters that you can see through. But the thing that I could nor live with is the bench with a seat pad on it as the only place to sit. Beautiful design but no comfort.

As a Singaporean, this channel is my inspiration for my renovation.

pretty awesome, but I wouldn't want a wooden bench I'd rather have some comfy chairs and couch. This is small design details though that is personal preference. Great work!!

I like the concept, especially the bathroom, but that sofa looks uncomfortable.

Breathtaking! Just found this channel and I'm addicted. There are so many ideas here on how to use unconventional materials. Not to mention the fact that it drives home again and again that we really do not need so many things.

I aspire to live minimaly and when I get there, I hope to have a place like this. The only thing Id change in the space is the bathroom tile. I prefer large white porcelain tiles with no grout lines instead of those small geometric ceramic ones.

Dear Timothy!! I think everything was very cleverly designed. It looks and feels, soft, serene and human. And functional as well! I would want to live there. Great job 🖐👍

The way the space is maximized is so beautiful. I really like the way the transition between the Livingroom/Kitchen is made to the bedroom.

I love this channel and I definitely take inspiration. I watch the videos again ideas for my spaces.
Architects are awesome.... but their ideas are not always practical. The small tiles in that bath has too much grout. A pain to clean!

I'm argentinian and loved this one because it's how a common apartment it's in here, you know a living/kitchen and two rooms (bedroom and bathroom), even the most common it's living-kitchen-bedroom and a bathroom, so to me, this video was the most useful i've ever seen on this channel.
