This has to be one of the best functional layouts at 25sqm. No pulling down beds or shifting rooms or climbing to bed.

This plan avoids many of the problems seen in other "tiny" apartments. It has a normal double bed in a private compartment (not a loft bed, a Murphy bed or convertible couch), a kitchen with decent-sized fridge and counter space, and a shower stall (not a wet room). I could live in this one!

Okay this is one of the best designs I’ve seen on this show! It’s so beautiful and it doesn’t look cramped at all!

As someone very familiar with the obscene housing prices in HK, this unit looks expensive af.

The way he walked into the room never fails to delight me. He is so proud! As he should be!

The only micro apartment I could actually imagine living in. As long as I was on one of the first three floors of course.

Nice work, but i am stressed looking at those concrete buildings all around

As a born and raised Hong Konger, this is actually a luxurious space. A lot of us live in 50 sq ft rooms with shared toilets. It’s really difficult to afford renting/buying properties in Hong Kong sigh.

I'm preparing myself for the tiny apartment revolution by living in my coat closet. I sleep upside down like a vampire. I'm ready.

Please do more videos specifically on Hong Kong apartments. I’m fascinated with the urban design of how vertical Hong Kong is and how small the living spaces are.

I pass by this building every week. Remember how the building looked before. Amazing work, guys! My flat is in HK, it is 269sqf much further from the city center than your apartment. Trying to get ideas from these videos, make ends meet to renovate it as much as I can by myself.

Love how they still managed to include washer and dryer unit—essential in today’s age

I used to live in a studio 2x the size of this one, and it didn't feel as spacious and cozy. Wonderful architecture and design!

Economically sustainable as long as you're rich enough to afford living in HK

Amazing design. I work in UK real estate and could never quite understand why so many people from Hong Kong invested money in UK properties until I visited for myself. For the price you pay for some properties in UK you could barely get a bathroom in Hong Kong.

Hong Kong is basically London on steroids. Complete eye opener when you see it first hand.

Out all of the tiny apartments I’ve watched on this channel, I like this apartment the best because of one main feature: a full size fridge

I love this tiny apartment, I think they've done a really great job with the renovation. It has a lot of storage and basically everything we need. It's really cosy and open at the same time.

By Hong Kong standards, that’s a huge apartment. And by Finnish standards, that’s quite normal side for 1 room apartment. 🤷🏻‍♀️
But very nice use of space and nice design.
