Beautiful place, I love small multi functional spaces but I fear tiny apartments like this being trendy will only give property developers the excuse to charge huge prices for tiny spaces

I was like, it faces north and gets a lot of light?! Then I remembered that this was Australia, hahahaha

I love how even architects use IKEA furniture. Makes me feel a lot better about my addiction to the store ;-)

"I live here with my partner and medium sized dog. And we seem to get along fine"

That's a hell of an introduction!

Ok, that "go-go gadget" kitchen is the coolest thing I've ever seen! And it's so homey!

I really liked his thoughtful, insightful and clear explanation of his vision.

Unpretentious, practical and connected to the facts on the ground.

Like his sense of harmonics with the past, instead of imposing some 'vision' on it - usually destructive.

Simple. Elegant. Oddly cozy looking. ~Smile!

I like the "everything has its place" ship aesthetic and the way the kitchen fols away to reduce visual clutter. The tub is a great, must-have for me (I only bathe rather than shower like most people seem to nowadays).

I used to live in the same apartment for couple months during the lockdown in 2020 - it is an old tiny apartment building but beautiful. Love to watch!

A tiny space that someone appears to be truly living in. I just discovered this channel...and this is the first tiny space that shows life. All the others have been "design projects."

Don't know if it's the camera angle but the bed seems tiny. I would wake up with one leg inside the kitchen...

This is an amazing use of space! The bed behind the kitchen is rather scary, but it makes a lot of sense.

wow. i used to live at the cairo flats, but in an unrenovated studio. i felt so cramped, slightly claustrophobic, even though the rear wall is all window, and i had my own courtyard. this is incredible, you made it feel so effortlessly spacious.

I love the yellow, and the rustic storage with soace for lots of stuff, which many other designers feel we should live with nothing, as I feel better in a messy clean way.

This is a clever architect! The lines, the painted wood... everything's warm and honestly designed and built.

To me, the main downside of the apartment is that the bedroom is next to the main door. I don't know if I could comfortably sleep there. Other than that, I love it!

This is probably the most creative and functional small space I've seen so far.
