This is really helpful and way more informative than the other videos, except, trying to lift myself up is absolutely impossible as if I'm superglued down 😭 I have scoliosis, I had the spinal surgery and my torso is incredibly weak now! Do you have any tips for people like me? If 1 is beginner level, then i'd be -100 🥺

Hello, thank you very much for this video - i have sciatica so any other excersise shown/i've tried have been too painful for me, but this looks great. This looks gentle but effective and that breathing advice is great. 😄

My aim is to be able to do 60 by this time next year. But I cant lift myself up like that, I just don't have the stomach strength
