I have never been able to do situps because I always have my legs close to my butt. I had no idea that that was making them virtually impossible. Thank you so much for this!

Thank you so much! I just started back working out and was literally about to cry because I couldn’t do a sit up anymore. After watching your video, I adjusted and was able to do them. Once those get easy, I will adjust to the next level.

I've not had a lot of exercise for many years now, so I had to do some reverse crunches first to strengthen my core for about 2 weeks but I'm finally managing to do easy situps, I think I'll keep reverse crunches in and gradually increase the number of situps and situp difficulty per my leg positioning. This was really useful so thank you for this.

Dude. I love you so much right now. This is literally *the thing* that’s bummed me out the most about body weight exercise. I’m actually really tempted to go to the gym at 1:16 in the morning just to do sit-ups. 🤯

Wow thanks that was actually really helpful i always thought legs up was like the right "right" way thats what they taught us in phys ed. We all had to do these exercises one way no matter who you were

I still can’t when I straighten my legs. Either I have a medical condition I don’t know about or I need to work on some serious core strength training. Lol
