okay so something people don't think about are the overall averages. For example a footlong spicy Italian subway sub is 960 calories. Yes over 90% of it is from fat, but the average calororie intake for an average human is 2500 per day. that means if you have 2 foot-long subs a day you average at 2000 calories a day. less than the average. Stop fearing meat! Stop fearing bread! Seriously, they are staples of the human diet. Why do you think every single civilization on earth has created their own form of bread and meat sandwitch?
