The nuts & seeds throws me off because my Dr said no nuts, seeds or corn. While on a 3 day trip with my son we bought 2 big cans of mixed nuts to snack on between lunch & dinner stops. Once we got settled in Boston about a week or so later I got so sick, stomach ache, nausea, fever off and on. Each time we went out for dinner I wouldn't be able to eat mine, to nauseated. My son put on a few pounds eating my leftovers food lol. I could only get a few bites down. He asked me mom what's wrong with you and I'm like I don't know, just don't feel good. Since I had never been to Boston and my son just moved there he had no regular Dr I could see but I told him if not better by the next week or so maybe we should go to the nearest ER. After 2 weeks of this nightmare off we went. Once the Dr on duty examined me, ran some test, got my medical history and learned about the indian foods (seeds) we had gotten along the way & lots of snacking on nuts during the 3 days of travel I was diagnosed with an infection in my lower intestines. It was so bad he was going to admit me but after finding out I was there visiting and only my son worked very late hours he said well since your new to the area and y'all don't know any1 I won't admit you under strict conditions, take all meds exactly as prescribed, told me what diet to be on, no more nuts or seeds, lots of water, come back asap if I had certain symptoms ( don't remember now that was 15 years ago) and follow up with my Dr when I got home. Of course I agreed so He put me on 3 different antibiotics, not cheap either & insurance wouldn't cover 2 of them plus something for pain & nausea. Thankfully I recovered with no issues & was able to enjoy the rest of my summer as we traveled around on weekends exploring the Boston area, New York, New Hampshire, CT etc etc. I never want to be that sick again so no more nuts or seeds after that nightmare. My Dr at home also said no nuts, seeds and added corn to the list which is one of my favorite vegetables. I do cave and eat corn occasionally but never Nuts or seeds 😂

Probiotics?
Nuts and seeds are ok, ok but strawberries?? Don't berries aggravate diverticulitis?

Thank you for the video. However, I don't appreciate you referring to patients as "clients" at 2:22
I believe that “Patient” is the best term for the person receiving health care.

The consensus is wrong about red meat. It heals. Saturated fat is essential. Whole grain fiber is terrible for the colon. Humans shouldn’t eat it. It made my diverticulosis worse.

I really enjoyed taking notes out of your video this time since this one was clear, straight to the point, and organized than it was before. Thank you for this improvement in your videos! I hope to see more of these too.

hi! i saw your video about tourette's syndrome. This past week my tics have gotten worse so i went to see a doctor earlier today, to see if i have tourettes. (at the clinic i wasn't ticking much) my doctor told me it was my brain developing and that it'll go away, but i was still concerned because my tics get weirder, for example i hit things and myself, jerk my head, whistle, click, pop, or make high pitched noises. i had twitches since last summer before these happened and i'm 12 years old almost 13 so should i wait longer? thanks 😁
