I have a severe chest pain which has defy several medications, after eating garlic 🧄 coincidentally, I felt relieved, eversince I have been eating garlic almost on a daily basis

I love garlic' it's a miracle food from God! But I didn't know you had to leave it out for 10 minutes. I always cut mine up and put it in with my food and I feel fantastic from it afterwards and I love to eat quite a bit of it. I had hypertension, when my blood pressure goes very very high I eat garlic with honey and it brings down my blood pressure to normal right away

Thanks Doc, I blend it with honey and take a spoonful first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and have lost over 100Lbs, it boosted my metabolism so much that I must eat 5-7 meals a day to maintain a healthy weight of 130Lbs. From 300lbs to a lovely 130🤗

At 65 nearing 66 my daily BP has risen to 134/85 Some days higher
Hyper tensions not what I want .
I don't drink or smoke & no medication
Sense COVID-19 I haven't had a daily walk . My neighborhood has juvenile delinquents as of late . Stilling cars and harassing senior's. They stole my stationary bike just after delivery.
