Hi Shane, I'm a Fai Fixer. I went to the doctor today I was diagnosed with shoulder impingement (I had an MRI)
I was told the only way to solve this problem If I wanted to keep doing exerises regularly (I lift weights at home, nothing too serious) I had to have surgery to fix the shape of my bad bone shape. I'd really appreciate to have your opinion on this.

Hello. Fairly new subscriber. Your video on best excercises for shoulder impingement drew me in. I have been suffering with it in my left shoulder for about 3 months. Been doing the stretching, strengthening excercising you suggested, I also have just added hanging from a pull-up bar and scapular push-ups. I was starting to feel improvements, but since adding these 2, I really think I’m on my way.🙌. My question is how do you feel about those 2 excercises and how long until I can start to implement push-ups, and other pushing excercises that generally hurt with impingement? Thanks so much in advance!! Joe
