Dr. Nene you are awesome.I am health-freak, I exercise every alternate day .Keep control on my diet.I am not fat but always trying to be in shape.I avoid sweets and fried food. Sometimes I do cheat but still I need to loose a little more weight. Maybe around 3 kgs .When I was exercising daily I had lost a lot of weight but my trainer says my knees can get damaged with too much exercise.I am always eating healthy food. But I guess I consume more of carbs.I am looking forward for your next video as what to eat.The way explain is superb 😍

Dr.Nene your suggestions are refreshing.Specially you never end up endorsing commercial products.I am very much interested in a healthy lifestyle.I am 73 yrs young!!.Fortunately I am not on any medication so far.I do have a situation here with being overweight.To maintain a healthy lifestyle I would appreciate your guidance.I retired 2 years ago, and find myself at crossroads.I have no discipline in my life.I need to get back on track.How and where to I start?

Hi doc,
Loved the way you summed it up
I’m a practising family physician from Goa
Just had a four grafts bypass surgery for TVD 9 months back
I was slightly overweight but managed to maintain my preoperative and postoperative ideal weight for my height by religiously maintaining a diary
Avoided sugar, sweets and cold drinks and juices
I focused more on fruits and vegetables and thrice a week a small amount of steamed fish
Also I do brisk walking daily for about 45 minutes
Mindfulness , good amount of quality sleep and daily affirmations contribute a lot to our emotional and physical well-being
Also maintaining ideal weight helped me completely stop my anti hypertensive tablets

Your videos are always so wonderful in terms of education n info . I have been on keto for past few months n experienced amazing results not just for vanity reasons but also in health my vision has improvised n i can see significant changes in mental alertness and energy ♥️ i wish more n more people would follow it for amazing health results 🙏🏼 btw cheat day is what s called DOING SOMETHING NICE FOR MYSELF 😀
