Can anyone tell me the purpose of bulking. You don't gain skeletal frame neither can we convert fat into muscle. And when they go through their so called cutting phase all they do is loose the excess fat which brings out the muscles you gained throughout that time period. This guy here didn't become massive because of lean bulking but because of PEDs. Even the best athletes have confessed now that they weren't natural in their working years. You cannot reach 70kgs through bulking when your natural weight is 52kgs. It took me 5 years to reach 64kgs from 46kgs that too because i was 18 when i started some of it was natural growth that happens with age. I tried dianabol twice in those 5 years. Even the bodybuilders dont bulk they just gain a bit fat when they are off the gear but they call it bulking because they don't want to confess that that's because they're off cycle. Instead of bulking just workout 3 times a week at high intensity and increase your protein intake with your body's requirements. Trying to gain fat is messing up with your hormones. Fat has no contribution in funtional lifestyle but muscle are an active part so the more natural muscle you gain the better you'll feel

Remember boys if you are below 19 then you should focus on bulking. In this Age your height and all other will grow and for that they need calories so focus on bulking and then think about cutting.
