If your goal is to build muscle with the aim of achieving a “toned” physique then doing a lean bulk is DEFINITELY the way to go.🤩

Bulking has BY FAR been one of the best decisions I ever made on my fitness journey!

YES it helped me to get stronger and build muscle, but bulking ALSO helped build my confidence more than I ever thought was possible 🙌

I’m currently doing a lean bulk this winter so I’ll be sharing more food ideas and meal inspo to help you build lean muscle.💪

The last comment that cutting will be less hardcore is super important because bulking and cutting like crazy is a free ticket for body dysmorphia
