Do you have to pry the other side off the same way? or just pull it out?

I’ve got one with screws that after taking one side off, the other side doesn’t budge, these are handles, not knobs, and there are no pins or set screws hopefully this is what it is.

I don't have access to the knob on the interior side. I just bought a condo with a storage closet outside on the exterior of my unit and the key I was given fits but doesn't open the lock. I would like to remove the door knob and replace it with a new one. My HOA is no help. I've changed many door knobs in my previous home myself with no problems but I have no idea how to get the knob off from the exterior side. Can you get me started?
