KWIKSET Door Handle Install FAST and EASY! - Step By Step Instructions

This is a Kwikset door handle install instructions that are fast and easy! In this step by step beginners guide I show you unboxing and installing. This Kwikset door knob has the smartkey feature that can be used to rekey all your door knobs to the same key. Installing a kwikset door handle is a DIY project.

Just installed believe it or not my first front door handle. I bought the Kwikset because of the adjustable connecting post on the bottom of the handle, that made it an easy perfect fit. On the old one the handle had been broken for a long time but the door still opened, closed and locked because the deadbolt still worked. I should have done this many years ago. I'm an example that you can teach an old dog new tricks. Great video, it helped a lot !

Great video, my handyman didn’t know the adjustment trick at 6:00 for right side door install. Took out the new kwikset and returned it😢 boo 😊hoo. Going back to Home Depot to buy and install it again.
