The Book of Enoch isn't banned. Anyone can access to it. It is not included in the Canon of Scripture for several reasons;
. It does not follow the Narrative Formate as the rest of the Bible
. It is written from a personal perspective omitting God
But most importantly,
. It's author cannot be verified.

Well the Book of Enoch wasn't right in some of the plans that got had and God didn't want you to fall for fault Prophets. So he decided to just start with Genesis so that we could have a chance to go to heaven I read The Book of Enoch and there are some things that I don't believe God would allow especially when he had plans for all of us and the book is not is a good history book to read before the Bible and before Christ it is part of the Old Testament God walked with he Enoch and then he just brought Enoch into heaven but Enoch is a very interesting book. No we need to really know is the New Testament we stand on the Old Testament for facts but the New Testament is where God wants us to be and we follow him and there's no sin in heaven and our chances of getting in heaven pretty good. Enoch isn't mentioned in the bible very much it is mentioned in Jude but God gave us the plan we're supposed to follow and the reason why Enoch is not part of the Bible is because God didn't want us to follow the Enoch way he wanted us to follow the Jesus way in the New Testament.

Because God didn't want it in the Bible. God promised to preserve his word, therefore if he wanted the book of Enoch in the Bible it would be there.

The book of Enoch is not included in the Bible because it has detailed descriptions of Heaven, it's inhabitants, & the fallen angels. It is useless information to ppl, & they should not try to use it, because it will only cause severe suffering for anyone who does try to use it. Normal ppl who are decent, would not feel the need to try to use it. But, ppl who do want to know what it says, would feel that they do not & cannot have a relationship with God, so they feel the need to try to appeal to a lesser deity. Those lesser deities would only dish out suffering to anyone who thinks they can "use" any of those lesser deities.

The book of Enoch has never been in an official canon, it was not banned from the bible, it was never in it.
