Thank you! When I first typed “reagentc/enable” it said “unable to update boot configuration data” then someone in the comments had said they did “reagentc/repair” then they did “reagentc/enable” and it was successful!

I didn't have to get that far. After enabling reagentc, windows reset was good to go. Dude, you just don't know how you've helped me a lot. After my last update my PC became unusable and I've had a headache with it since morning trying to figure out why it hangs beyond use. Thanks a lot for your solution. It says some files are missing we can not create a recovery drive. EDIT: it also says the windows RE image was not found

And if you get the message "unable to update boot configuration data" just try it again. That worked for me.

For the guys who have the error "REAGENTC.EXE: The Windows RE image was not found." try doing this :

Open command prompt(Run as Administration) and type:
reagentc /disable

then type:

reagentc /setreimage /path

Then type:

reagentc /enable

If none of these are working for you, make sure that your pc has the latest version of windows. After my computer was up to date it worked just fine.
