Tip, check what the error box tittle is, my issue was with Mcaffee and as I didn't use it, I just uninstalled the program and it went away, so actually check what program this error is for

when i put sfc /scannow in cmd it shows this " Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations. " and then i restarted my computer and when i open pycharm shows same thing entry point not found . please help me
