They thought somebody was in distress and checked the home. When they found out that nobody was in distress they decided to put the whole family in distress. Makes sens indeed.

The teenager. The teenage girl whom you burst in on, who kept trying to tell you her parents weren't home and she wasn't comfortable talking with you without her parents. She was uncooperative. Yeah I bet.
