Leaving a child is negligent on so many levels, to think the only risk is the heat, and still consider it is crazy - but to then be aware that someone could steal your child, to know this is a possibility in the world and still leave them unattended is so insane to me.

What drives me insane is when parents do this, the first thing they say is "I'm sorry". No you're not sorry. You're neglectful and you don't deserve those children. You don't deserve to have custody

That poor baby needed water ... the way she had her arm wrapped around the lady was so sweet poor baby didn't wanna go to her mum understandably thank god they got to her on time ❤️

Thankfully the child had enough strength to cry before passing out due to the heat and people heard her. This could have easily ended badly. Mother needs to be prosecuted.
