I'm amab and 6"4 naturally heavierset and I've neevr heard another vocalise it so succinctly before "Death by a thousad cuts" is spot on. Hearing someone else talk about assessing the strength of furniture, the width of seating, the inablility to ever buy clothing from shops or see myself in advertisements is so helpful. The world was not built for people my size and every step outside is a reminder of that. Even more so as a male trying to bring up the conversations of fatphobia or size is just impossible most of the time. Really appreciate that this project is still going strong. <3

I know lot of people have problem with obesity being promoted and stuff like that (which I personally don't like either), but then you see a girl like this, a girl who is being shouted at and insulted so much that now she's so self-conscious and worried anything she does will bring unwanted attention and more insults or bad looks... Live and let live, let people be who they are.

To anyone who would like to educate themselves more on the topic, I recommend the podcast "Maintenance Phase"

We aren’t scared of fat people. And if it’s not a genetic and unchangeable condition and it bothers you so much then do something about it.

I have this issue here in Japan. People judge silently. General transport is suited for much smaller sizes than me.

With all these clues around her (not being able to sit in one seat without spilling over or afraid that chairs can hold her) you would think she would try to eat less to be smaller. It's just that simple.

Is incredible what people try to rationalize and find excuses for not losing weight, is disgusting

Victimizing yourself over a mutable trait. Nice.

I see it doesn’t bother you enough to eat less.

The fact Jameela thought about fat people make me wonder that she doesn't like fat people...
