I have read many books, I listened to many Youtube videos by many of the world's leading gurus and health experts but nothing came close to “the hidden herbs” by anette ray. I recommend everyone giving it a read.

It’s kinda like a fuel tank, eat to much, you overload the tank, eat less, you eventually get empty

Very good. I immediately understood it and the video was also short. Amazing what proper teaching can do. Makes me feel like I wasted all those years in school.

Also there is a limit to the amount of body fat you can gain in a day. About a pound of fat is the limit. But for this to work you would need to eat at least 10000 calories in a day which is near impossible. So a day of binge eating wont cause too much harm

The food processing error begins essentially in the way it is cooked in vessels.

So if you don’t eat carbs or sugar you can’t get fat?

So if I barely eat carbs (just enough to avoid health issues) and mainly eat protein and fats, I won’t have any excess glucose to turn into fats? So you cant get fat/triglycerides just eating proteins and fats?

So, build more muscle to store more glucose and, as long as carb intake doesn't exceed your energy requirements, less glucose will be stored as fat. And, when you're building muscle, your energy requirements are high.
