I'm 55 days into a protein shake only fast, where I have only one protein shake in the morning and I can certainly say most of what this video talked about I am not experiencing. The reason why I even decided to look up this video cause while on the toilet 😅 I'm like damn the fact that I'm still defecting is incredible. I go to the gym regularly and still have energy to do the workouts. Granted, I'm certainly not as strong but I did increase the amount I was able to lift significantly by consistently lifting. I started at 498 pounds and currently I'm around 396 pounds. I will say this though I'm no stranger to fasting, I'm a veteran. Good luck to everyone, discipline is key! 💪🏾

Theirs a way to do this properly if your trying to cut body fat quickly while maintaining your muscle . for example 1. You need to supplement fiber while doing this 2. You need to be taking vitamins and omega 3 oil 3. You need to drink plenty of water to avoid kidney stones 4. Should throw in milk thistle and any liver kidney vitamin

And only do this for a while, not for long .

I'm starting a protein shake diet, but I have done my research

I have been taking:

Cod liver oil capsules - Omega 3, plus vitamin E
2 multivitamin tablets (one with minerals also) - All the vitamins and minerals my body needs
High strength vitamin D tablets - Higher levels of vitamin D promotes bone health, better immunity and better mental health
Omega 3, 6 and 9 capsules - Effective cholesterol control
Gingko Biloba - Better circulation and mental health too

I've been taking these for 6 months so that all of these tablets are part of my routine and also are fully integrated into my system (some take up to 6 months to show signs of working)

I will continue to take all of these, so that I do not miss out on essential nutrients

I have 3 flavours of casein protein shakes vanilla, strawberry and chocolate and each one tastes great! I also add inulin powder into the shakes too, inulin is a prebiotic, but it is also great for fibre, meaning I won't suffer constipation

I'm also not going to restrict real food if I want it, I am just going to be mindful of carbohydrates, so that I can maintain ketosis as much as possible

I will report back in 3 months regarding my weight loss

I am currently 254.6 lbs

See you in 2024

Fiber isn't necessary for bowel functions. Was a myth to sell cheap carbs for a premium. Also if you're going to do an all protein shake diet, you have to supplement NA, K and Mag. Your body requires NA to create the digestive juices you need to digest.

Scary, I had an eating disorder back in college and did this for months. I lost alot of weight but was very weak, the needing to brush your teeth more frequently is true and just protein drinks gives you quite alot of gas😅 When I went back to eating normally, the weight returned very quickly😩😩😩

This video is BS. Period.aJust add some healthy berries, fruit and fibre and you'll be fine in my opinion.

A scoop a day, plus eating meat will help maintain your muscles. Good with morning coffee as a sweetener.

You can fix most of these problems easily. All you have to do is eat less and move around more.

Not be wrong’er and not only are there multiple videos disproving what he’s sayings there are too many doctors who have done long extended protein fasts and had no ill effects. I have no idea why this is here

This is bs. I do this diet a few times a year. It’s amazing and is great if you have belly bloat. I consume 1 gram per pound of desired weight. And I thrown in a can of tuna at least every other day.

I love how he can talk about a food a lot negatively, but I‘m still not grossed out by it😊 unlike a lot of other channels I know!
