I'm a Louisianan, seafood is a good 90% of our cuisine. I don't eat it regularly (because it's expensive) but when I get my fishing license I may eat more, fresh caught fish is better than frozen anyways.

I personally prefer fish over other meat. I prefer the the flakey texture and subtle seagood taste. But I also love veggies, so I think I'm fairly balanced.
