Carnivore 4+ years my blood Uric acid is on high side
Ground beef 3 days, salmon 3 days and shrimp, oysters, sardines mix anyway, 7th day repeat.
Fast 96 hrs once a month. Mostly 2 meal a day 12 noon and 4pm.
Oh yeah I’m older than dirt 72, zero health problems zero meds.❤

You are like me. Im all about simplicity when it comes to cooking, but my wife has hard time following my diet, so i do spend extra time to make it better for her.

I'm somewhere around 1.3-1.5 g/lb.

I started carnivore about a year and a half ago. The last six months I've added a few things but the main benefit of how I am eating is that I'm not eating junk. I lost all of my extra weight without working out. And now, I've actually started working out and I feel great.

What I like most about ground beef is the flexibility with it... different fat contents, different formats (meatball travel snacks, thin burger patties, formed kabobs, meatloafs, etc, and seasonings if you go that route.)

I am sad that I didn't start this sooner! I literally don't crave sugary, carby junk ever....EVER!!! I love eating this way and I can feel my body healing. My clothes fit better, I have more energy and I am eating more than I have ate before AND the scale has only moved 3 lbs in 1.5 months. All I am doing, for now, is increase my walking and focusing on getting more calories in as I ate so low for too long and just let my body heal from how I ate before. I am getting to the point now that I want to do more exercise than just walking but I will play it by ear.

I get the twelve pack of pre packed burger at Walmart every other day. Not the frozen ones. I add cheese some days. That’s all I eat most the time with the occasional other meats. I been carnivore since February or March and am down fifty lbs and I have more energy than I ever had. I go go go all day every day.

This woman is very smart and pretty cool to go along with it. Thanks for the uploads and excellent advice and information.

Great Lillie. Like you, I am lazy and prefer just the ground beef, however, I recently bought an Air Fryer and I am so enjoying chicken thighs and salmon, yum yum and really no clean up just throw away the liner!!! life is good. Cheers

I highly recommend Lillie as a couch. She has done a great job helping my wife and I in trying to be healthier. We own two companies and our schedule is chaos at best. And she has really opened our eyes to be more conscious in what we eat.

Stephanie Keto Person has been talking about this on her Channel for over a decade...I did exactly what Lillie and other carnivores said to do for 3 years...didn't realize I wasn't able to process such large quantities of protein...I was eating around 120g+ protein...I'm only 5'1... eating my body weight in protein was TOO MUCH. Stephanie person recommended women not eat more than 65-70g protein and eat at least 200 g fat. Since changing to her ratio, I've had so much more energy and have lost 10 lbs...

I completely agree. Ground beef is so much easier than any other type of beef. It is also always soft unlike other beef cuts which are much harder to cook properly.

Before I fry up my 1 lb ground beef, I mix in 1/2 a pound of sausage to a bowl, so it's real even. That gives the hamburger so much more flavor.

I've been carnivore for about 10 months, and strict for about 4 months, but I'd contend that the RDAs are set for people eating SAD diets. The less sugar and plants you eat cannibalizes less vitamins and minerals. Like for example the requirement for vit C rock-bottoms if you don't have it compete with glucose. The more I've gone strict, I've noticed the more I can eat in the same sitting. Not too sure what that'd mean really.

I feel better when I eat fish once a week, usually canned salmon, sardines or herring. Also quality chicken once or twice a month. I eat 3 or 4 eggs a day plus 2 cups of kefir. The meat is either grassfed ground beef or rare top sirlon which I think is good to get safe rare meat. How much meat? Between 6 oz to 12 oz daily. Usually 8. This depends on weather as I don't feel like eating a lot in summer heat. I also eat fruit to get electrolytes, usually a banana, an apple, a handful of berries and a glass of orange juice, all organic throughout the day. Also tons of butter 3/4 to 1 stick a day on real sourdough bread (I know this is a no-no) just a couple of small pieces a day. It has been close to one year eating this way and I feel more solid, strong and eventually I would like to ditch the bread. The only regular supplement is magnesium citrate and sometimes trace minerals from concentrated seawater. I'm a senior and had made the mistake of being vegetarian for many decades and can say a meat based diet is clearly healthier!! Thanks for all you do to educate people.

Sometimes I get bored and add some spices or eat a couple cooked leaves of a baby book choy or some zucchini. Like every couple of months.
