One thing I love about Caroline‘s workouts is their titles. There‘s no focus on aesthetics, but rather on what they should feel like: „strenous“, „fearless“, „spontaneous“, „challenging“, „demanding“, etc. It reminds me of why I actually work out: to feel good, strong and challenged!

Caroline Girvan is the consummate professional. She's not only challenging, she's fun, encouraging, devoted to her followers, focused on the details, stresses quality and form over quantity, provided over a 40 page PDF outlining Epic Heat including healthy recipes. She's humble, grateful and you feel that she sincerely cares about helping you get stronger and healthier. She's sunshine and light and provides demanding, creative workouts that are addictive. Yes, I modify the exercises. Yes, I can't lift the weight she does. Yet she encourages me to keep trying.

I literally love Caroline… I used to work out with Lily Sabri but I kind of got „sick“ of her screaming around and talking all the time 😂 I thought I hated it when people don’t talk during their workouts but I‘m on DAY 30 of her Epic heat program AND I AM LOVING IT! I was scared of working out with weights before but I am soooo confident!!

Currently on day 16 of Epic 2 and I totally take brakes, modify moves, use lighter weights than Caroline (how does she use 50 lbs for a shoulder presss hahaha) and yet I still keep doing her workouts because they challenge me in a good way. Also love how unlike other fitness you tubers her emphasis isn't: weight loss, spotting reduce fat, or even anything about changing the body. Instead about feeling EPIC all about how you feel which is AMAZING.

I’m doing her Epic Heat rn & prior to doing this program I couldn’t do a single push-up. But now I can even do a tricep push-up 🥲 I also went to the gym the first time in forever & could squat so much more (35s) on the rack than I could when I first went to the gym (5s-10s) even though I only have 10lb dumbbells at home. She’s really a wizard 🧙‍♀️

SHE IS WORTH THE HYPE! and she is so deserving of it!
I've arrived at Caroline's Epic Heat through Keltie O'Connor and OMG what a breath of fresh air Epic Heat is!
having done Chloe Ting almost exclusively in the past year (basically, since COVID started) I got to the point where I just could not bear the thought of another HIIT exercise... I wanted to merge into strength and weight exercises, so I bought a set of dumbells (still not having felt comfortable rejoining the gym) but I didn't know what exercises to do or how to train muscle groups. I'm on week 3 and so far LOVING it. The videos are not extremely long, I don't feel like they take up an excessive amount of time, and somehow they pass by really fast... I also like that the exercises are repeating within a single video because it allows me to get into a flow state of mind, I don't need to constantly pay close attention to what the next exercise may be and how to execute it (and it also builds muscle a lot better).

I also feel encouraged to alter the exercises to my level (Caroline literally drills this into your mind before every video) - it is totally OK to use lighter weights (I mean I use 3 kgs for upper body and 5 kgs for lower body), I put my knees down for assisted push-ups, I simply pause the video when I need a break - the video really doesn't stress you out! Especially as you see Caroline struggling and taking breaks too. So far I also skipped the Sunday HIIT sessions because by that time my body just wants to rest - and that's OK too! there will come a week when I've built up enough strength and resistance that I can crack into a 5th workout within a week.

It also gives you a really bearable amount of muscle soreness. Because each video focuses on a muscle group, you can kind of deal with that the next day, as opposed to having your whole body in a constant state of soreness and pain. SO HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

I love Caroline! Her program is the first where I’ve actually felt and seen good changes in my body. I feel strong, my jeans fit better (or don’t fit at all anymore 😂) and I’ve never had so much fun while working out! I’m halfway through epic 1 but had to stop for a week to recover from my covid vaccine!

You have to try her epic heat series. I think its so well programmed and believe me the 30 min workouts are no less challenging than the longer ones. And sometimes I do the workouts in my apartment gym specially the lower body ones as I can get access to heavier weights. I also love to read her video comments, so uplifting and positive.

I love all her EPIC series and the individual complementary workouts. I've been training for more than 10 years and when the pandemic sent us home, Caroline programs saved me. Challenging and effective.

I've seen this girl in the gym before 2020 lockdown and let me tell you this - Caroline Girvan is A-MAZING!! and totally approachable and friendly too! Her workouts are 1000% worth it.

So I am 74 and I did Epic 1 and 2 and now on Epic Heat---with modifications of course and more rest in between. I have gotten so much stronger and my balance is great. Important for oldies like me and i don't look so bad in my jeans -hahaha my 33 year old daughter is like Mom I cannot you are doing this but I AM
so if I can do it you can too
