Easy, No-knead, Authentic Italian Focaccia

Learn how to make authentic Italian focaccia in this short video.

RECIPE:
Ingredients (dough):
4 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups warm (90-100 deg F) water
1 TBS fine sea salt

Ingredients (toppings):
Extra virgin olive oil
Bunch of rosemary
Salt

Directions:
Mix the flour, salt, and yeast together until salt and yeast are evenly distributed. Add the warm water and mix until all the dry flour has been incorporated. Let sit several hours, until doubled or tripled in volume.

Flour your work surface and gently shape the dough into a ball.
Place onto an oiled pan, lightly oil the top (to prevent sticking) and cover with plastic wrap. Let rise in pan for 1-3 hours (depends on warmth of your kitchen).

Stretch to fill pan, making dough 1/2" - 1" thick. Dimple and cover with olive oil, rosemary, and salt. (Or tomatoes, or whatever you like!)

Baked in a 500 deg F oven for about 15 minutes. Wait a few minutes for it to cool, and serve hot!

I made two loaves at the same time and they turned out great for my smoked turkey pesto sandwiches.

Looks good Bro you should of cut some cherry tomatoes for the top and sprinkle on some oragano thanks for sharing love the no knead idea also

wait a little while before cutting, it gets gummy if you release the steam too early but still good either way
