These are all great. During pandemic all I had was a bench at home, I did Bulgarian lunges for a few months and they worked the majority of the leg muscles.

Beste Übung wäre zu viel gesagt, auch in diesem Fall. Schnelles Wachstum komt nicht alleine so über eine gute Auswahl an Übungen, sondern doch über effektives Training mit eingefasst immer genug Nährstoffe u. Erholung. Kniebeuge, Strecker, Beincurler wäre ein Beintag. Jedesmal dann wechseln. Die Reihenfolge geht übrigens auch zu ändern. Beinpresse / Beuge sollte man als Hauptübung immer einbauen.

Remember, you body can only use/process about 40 grams of protein at one eating session.. there may be a few exceptions.. but 40 is right in the typical ball park. We're talking about complete proteins.. NOT PLANT PROTEINS..
