Grow With Anna Fitness Challenge: Day 16 - Every setback fuels my comeback.

Today's workout session was a mix of TABATA HIIT and Pilates, and it was surprisingly interesting! I love how much effort each move demanded and how much sweat I poured into the process. While HIIT isn’t my favorite because of its intensity, I’m proud that I managed to keep up and push through. It’s always satisfying to challenge myself and come out stronger!
