Ive been bullied quite a lot in the past.
Many people disrespected me, mocked me, undermined me and anything along the lines just to feel better about themselves. Ive encountered a lot of narcissist putting me down.

The last thing I would do is to believe their words towards me.

I dont believe that I am superior to others but I know what areas I am good at.
I take care of myself from the most mundane things like hygene to reflecting on the deeds that I commited and try to be a better person. I also workout in order to try to be a better version of myself.

Self respect and self love. Not because I put myself up on a pedestal. Its because I need to take care of myself. Many people wont so I have to do it for myself.

I struggle with having a god complex. Some people are actually powerful. I can do things with my mind in a minute that would take some days. I’m short, fat, and not put together. I struggle with execution. There are a lot of us out there. Actually, my iq is not that high. People don’t understand the vast difference between someone with an iq of 120 and one with an iq of 140. It’s instantly noticeable, yet comparing 90 and 110 is not. It’s difficult to not develop a superiority complex when 97% of people are stupider than you.
