The LG 34UM95-P seems perfect for a recording setup. I really like the existing workplace.

TBF, the CHG90 is half the resolution of 4K. If you're keen on the amount of pixels, you can get a decent 4K TV in around 50-55" size for cheaper, and have double the pixels vertically. It really is aimed at gamers in the first place.

big screens are always "nice" but I do prefer my 3x27", can have theme more spread, with studio monitors in between.. to make the sweet spot triangle, and not having to sit 2 meters from the screen! Also one horrible thing is, to get accustomed to something that big.. if you had to go back to 1x27" one day, you would feel its so small!.. while its not!

If I were tracking and having someone else mix/master my stuff (I'm relearning)... so basically using headphones most of the time (apartment life) would you suggest this?

49" = a little too wide, not tall enough
43" = good width, not tall enough
38" = non gaming models cap at 60/75hz
34"x2 = perfect width, not tall enough (possibly vertically)
32"x2 = perfect height, not wide enough (possibly vertically or horizontally also)

Too many decisions in life.

I wasn't expecting much with that backpack but...I'm actually impressed with it. And it seems like it can pump something decent without sounding super "tingy", though I wouldn't be surprised if it was.

I also have to agree with you on the monitor situation though. Something that wide is definitely going to mess with your stereo image to a degree...unless maybe if you can possibly move the visual monitor back (???) to possibly be behind the studio monitors slightly so you can maintain the same listening triangle. If anything else, you could mount it as a B monitor above your main which...might be a bit odd, but who knows...could be useful.
