113g of cottage cheese.

I tried doing another person's version of this and their times were off. I know ovens vary and all that, but it was still cooked in some spots and goopy in others. Even after trying to cook it longer. So I can't wait to try this recipe, I never had a problem with any of your recipes.

If stranded on a deserted island and I can only bring five foods...the first two are cottage cheese and eggs. Can't live without them. Love the cottage cheese flat bread...thanks!

219 g of cottage cheese. I use cottage cheese much more than I use greek yogurt.
