Second, the dumbbell preacher curl using a partially neutral grip to shift more focus on the long head. Rotate your body sideways and keep your free hand on the pad for stability.
Third, the single arm behind-the-back cable curl. Set the cable pulley to about head height. Grab the handle and walk to the opposite pulley. Use your free hand to hold the pole for stability.
