😂 In all seriousness, let's talk about poo.  

😲 Did you know - The average person will have a bowel movement anywhere between 3 times a day and 3 times a week?  

🥼 If you're going more or less regularly than this, it could be an indicator of other health issues and you may wish to consult your doctor.  

👉 If your bowel movements aren't regular, it's likely that you're constipated and need to increase the amount of fibre in your diet.  

🌾 You should get 10-15g (0.35 - 0.53 oz) of fibre per every 1,000 calories you consume.  

👌 This will aid your digestive system and keep things moving along as they should.  

Here are 3️⃣ more tips to help you have a great poo 👇  

🏃‍♀️ Get plenty of light exercise such as walking or jogging. This will stimulate bowel movements by encouraging blood flow through your abdomen.  

🚽 Use a poop stool. Placing your feet on a stool when you go to the toilet puts your body in a squatting position instead of a seated position which will help you pass stool without straining.  

💧 Drink plenty of water. If you're constipated and haven't been hydrating properly, consuming a large glass of water may trigger a bowel movement. Staying properly hydrated at all times (2-3 litres per day) will also help you stay regular.

The healthier you eat and less carbs you eat the less waste - assuming your stool is normal. Watched a group devoir carbs all day and not gain a pound, but they were shitting 4 times a day 😂 Gluttony as it’s best flushing your money down the toilet 😅

I started taking a green powered supplement in the morning and eating a kiwi with it. After about a week I would say I go 4 times a day. The coffee an hour later doesn’t help the cause but i wonder if it’s cleaning my body or if it’s normal? 😂
