Ok hello, I know you can’t give medical advice online, much less probably YouTube comments. However, hypothetically if there was a guy who is 6’8” tall and drank a gallon plus water everyday, worked out 4 days a week 3 days recovery, eating the same food and has class 1 on the chart. His diet consists of the same thing everyday for the last 3 years: breakfast 2 packets of protein oatmeal with a cup of yogurt, and 1 cup of fruit (usually berries or watermelon) and 4 egg whites/4egg yolks. Lunch: 1/2 pound 80% lean ground beef and one full boneless chicken breast. (Together because it’s faster and he doesn’t taste it anymore) cooked with extra virgin olive oil, pink Himalayan salt, black pepper, 2 cloves garlic, 1/4 red bell pepper, 1/2 habanero pepper, and a little smoked paprika. Same meal for dinner. His height again is 6’8” or 202 cm and weighs 255, counts calories, trying to stay at a calorie surplus for a bulk. What advice could you hypothetically give this guy? Again he has class 1 stool on the chart. Thank you!
