1 minute or 1 hour, it doesn’t matter. What matters is good form with honest effort. Tip : During the entire plank, contract/squeeze your abs & glutes like how you would control your diarrhoea in public & focus on your breathing. The results will follow immediately.

I’ve started to do planks and set my timer to 1 minute. So far so good! I’m going to add 15 seconds more every week to see how I do.

Already doing for 5 months 100 push ups, 100 sit-ups, 1 min plank per day. Didn't lose any weight but my posture, my arms and torso are way more masculine and tight. I also got nice chest. Thank to your channel.

This is day 1 which is when my friend told me that he lost a ton of weight by planking and i could see how his body improved and i was inspired to also do the 30 day plank challenge. I managed to plank 30s-1m every time, he told me to repeat 2x a day, and wait 30-45 mins after bfast lunch and dinner to begin the plank. Will be editing this everyday to just share how much planking would work on me and possibly for others
Day 2:is basically just like day 1 only 30s and 1min planks
Day 3:Muscles are sore 😂 wouldnt wanna overwork my body so i only did a minute plank twice thru the day
Day 4:Back at it, arms feel great i can feel my stomach growling or something every time i plank tho
Day 5:I got so sick in my stomach and barely had energy so i skipped lol. ps. this didnt have anything to do with day 4 apparently it was the food i ate
Day 6:still sick but i managed to do 20 and 30 second planks thrice throughout the day
Day 7:Got better and managed to do 1min and 30s and a 2minute plank twice each repeatedly for 4x

We lose the most amount of fat while sleeping (for those who don't do any special exercises). So if a person starts doing planks before bedtime, it would boost the fat losing process while sleeping.

Someone tell him that spot reduction of fat isn't possible, and you would burn negligible amount of calories while doing a plank so that wouldn't contribute to any fatloss at all.

Great video! I always do reverse plank before sleep. I do it as long as I could, until I passed out.
