Planking helps with a flat stomach, and belly fat and is great for beginners! If you want a solid core with nice abs, this is a great place to start!
These increases of 30 seconds will help build your core to hold your plank longer and hit that next minute. This is just the start of them, so be on the lookout for more once we get further along in our series. YOU can do this! 👊
