You're likely here because you want more with planking. Well, I have a series consisting of the planking exercise, for that nice six pack. It’s okay if you start off with the modified move (we all have to start somewhere). I highly encourage you to push yourself to get up onto your elbows and toes, even if it’s small bits at a time. You can do this!! Defined abdominal, here we come.

Do as many times as you need to complete a full minute of a regular plank.

This helps to hold a plank, do the plank with someone else and challenge yourself to stay up with them or longer than them. That’s what I did with your video. And it worked.

Although I have managed to do a minute planks before, it has been hard for me to hold it for that long because I tend to kind of lose the will midway (since essentially I can do it given that I have already done it but midway I start telling myself I can't anymore and stop now). I do 3 sets of 30 secs of planks instead (with about 30-50 secs of rest in between). So having said that, I think it definitely helps to do it with someone or in this case, through a video with someone. I did two sets of 1 minute planks and one set of 45 seconds with this video just now. Engaging core (squeezing) isn't something I find easy if I want to do multiple sets because it makes the body shake so much more and I can't go on for long so I have yet to do it properly but yes, definitely helps to do planks with this video. gave me actual motivation doing this with someone just this for 1 minute and not get distracted instead of a 25 minute video and it getting edited and getting distracted lmao thx :)

This is harder than I thought
To complete my goal with a skinny waist I had to do planks for 1 minute everyday
I couldn’t stand for 25 seconds lol
I hope I improve with everyday tho

Oh my God! I can't believe I just did that. My body was vibrating so much, I didn't think I'd be able to last but it went by quicker than I thought. I just wound up singing a song to pass the time.

I am amzed haha I did some yoga for begginers for around 20 mints, then Attempted you 1 mint plank and I got it right the first try, YaaaY me, now my whole body is shaking

Kinda incorrect, for a perfect plank you shouldn't raid your buttock ho have to have to be in a plateau pose
