As an Inspector CGST & Central Excise, I’ve witnessed the unique challenges and advantages of the governmentt sector. It’s essential to acknowledge the differences and work towards improving the areas where each sector can excel.

LTC is the most funny aspect of a government job. Many people are unaware that there is an upper limit in LTC. The LTC which every government employee gets every 2-3 years has an upper limit of Rs 1 lakh 😂. So for example if a family of 4 people go and explore Rajasthan for 12 days it will cost you between 2 to 3 lakhs even if you stay in a 3-4 star hotel. So leave aside an international tour you cannot even satisfy a national tour with that LTC 😂

The type of work, power, job satisfaction cannot be achieved by private jobs which some elite government services ( RAW, IB, CBI, NIA, ED INDIAN ARMY, AIRFORCE, NAVY etc. ) provide us. But if your mind revolves around money only then what else can be expected.

I want work life balance, stability and security in a government job. Because I like working 8 hours in a government job but I don't like working 12 hours in a private job and I want a good salary to come into my account every month 😁😅
