The older you become, you realize that life is pretty much same or all (most workers in general),
and the best way to enjoy is living the small moments rather than chasing for material possessions throughout.
Lesson: Life is easy, need not make it complex.

I appreciate how much courage the IAS person has, when he is speaking openly about reality as it is .

4 great persons (experienced and knowledgeable) sitting together, still talking on the most important topics in simple language, no use of complex terms (which make people confuse). All seems down to earth and talking straight to the point and no beating around the bush
Absolutely brilliant.

Watching them talk feels like i was there, physically!
So its - 2 IAS, 2 CEO and 1 broke and depressed man discussing about Money😂

I found Shreyas to be the most mature. He has thought through things. He has realized that the root of all insecurities could be related to death, which shows that he deeply thinks about human condition and emotion. He talked about finding joy in small things rather than achieving something really big. Associating your value/worth to something external is the driving factor of insecurity.

Effortless interaction between four young success stories. 18 good minutes of genuine elite mentality. Brilliant episode 👌.

For me who is working on a start-up and has been a UPSC aspirant, this was a wonderful conversation ❤ This type of conversation was necessary for me to clear out my perspective of life.

One of the best part which i noticed from this whole video that i feel like "Aphasia", basically the conclusion is that, for an entrepreneurs money is the key & for an IAS the prestige is the key, but both mandates have a fear as well as limitations.
Likewise, as a IAS you can't afford a expensive things or financial security (Comes with the honest service part), and as an entrepreneur you won't get recognition unless & until your startup won't get SDIT.

and the most liked part is: for entrepreneur exit is difficult and for IAS entry is difficult.
Anyway, Thanks a ton. 👍

This kind of videos are gem in current time where all other youtubers are just making shorts video and we are wasting time in just scrolling shorts instead of watching such insightful discussions.

Candid, Raw, Clear and Personal. This is a must watch for any and everyone who wants to assess their finances not just on personal and emotional needs but on reality, social expectation and stability all indians crave for.

There is common saying that... As a subcollector, joint collector and collector, they will be GARAM, ... Later they become NARAM, ... and very later at Secretary stage, they become BE SHARAM, ... but recently I went to Secretariat for my wife's work.. where the Principal Secretary sir, has eased the process without taking single rupee... And we struggled 2 months with lower rung staff... IAS means IAS... They can positively change lives of people..

i am a medicine aspirant; currently having a drop year, and got so moved by the conversation. i had originally planned to clear in my first attempt but could not. this podcast gave me some sort of assurance that not everything you think/want will work out; some may not. Thank you guys for having this out. i enjoyed every part of the convo.

No one can deny this IAS is one of the most prestigious jobs in our society and it's not going to loose it's charm in any near future.. middle class youths are and will always be mad about this job..

At 8:12, the IAS guy says that even if you're driving a BMW you'd be harassed by a traffic policeman. Then it's the problem of the system and the entire country! I live outside of India and the police here are really helpful and kind. You don't have to become an IAS in this country to have "basic" rights.
