Most important point you forgot to tell about the government job is family satisfaction, ofcourse we all love our family, and if you join any government job then it will be an proud moment for your family, bcz our job defines our family standard in our indian culture . So i think go for government job and earn money from other sources also

If someone from mechanical wants to enter into companies like intel, nvidia, etc or product based software companies is there anyway that can be achieved? Some IITs allow admission for Mtech DS, AI courses through Gate Mechanical/XE . Is it good option to enter into these companies?

Govt job is best . Because in govt job people can give lots of time to their family. And people go to office at 11am and come back at 4pm. Although its 9-5 job. But most people go to the offce at 11am. And in private sector lots of pressure. So better to be in govt job and earn less.
