I am not sharing my company's name but one incident took place... a person got selected as an income tax inspector and he was on notice period just for fun.... damn he schooled our Assistant Director in front of like 100 employees
Let me repeat his exact words "*Sir ho gaya jitna bolna tha... yaad rakhiye ek income tax inspector peeche pad gaya to ghar bhi nahi bachega aapka*" and left with a sarcastic smile... then only i realised money is nothing in front of power.

As unreserved category, cleared SSC and now posted in Income Tax deptt. in Hyderabad.
Life's good, smooth, sense of security, dignity and what not.

Those who are choosing private job, most of them don't have the capability of clearing govt job in this competitive ara. That's why they choose private jobs over govt jobs.

I have worked for MNC for a year, the pressure and workload in corporate is unbeatable, however, it depends on the job role you are on. Though, Lately I have realised that this corporate thing is not my thing, thus, resigned after working for a year. Decided, either it would be govt job or will start something my own.

I worked 6 years in pvt and from last 1.5 year working in Central Govt. Job.
Yes there is very less creativity and competitiveness which i miss but at the same time you feel secure and stable so that you can take long term decision without thinking about ki job nahi rahi to kya hoga.
Personally i will prefer business.

It's a very personal choice... if you are someone who is pragmatic, like to hussle, like meeting people and go around and at the same time you are willing to put in the work, go for private jobs... but if you want to chill, have a calm life, ok with less salary, prefer more stability... then go for government jobs... pros and cons on both sides

Some person said government sector has no work ..being a banker in SBI we are dealing with too much work pressure daily basis. Subha 9.30 baje join kar raha hay aur rat ko 9-10 baje ghar lot raha hay

I am 35 years old SDE and have a ctc of 45 LPA ( soon gonna be 50 LPA) and my big brother is a central government doctor(MBBS) and receives group A scale salary.
He doesn't do any private practice or side hustle as it is illegal. He earns much lesser than me, but i really envy the amount of respect, stability, and extra perks that he enjoys. He goes to work at 8am and comes home by 5 pm, he enjoys with his friends and family, whereas i am stuck with either office work or upskilling myself on udemy, to save my job.
He also had the option to enter corporate hospitals and do private practice, but he chose not to (Which was the best decision of his life, according to him).
I absolutely love my work, but as i am growing old, this corporate jungle is taking a toll on me..

Immaturity. Government is all about service. Government is so competitive. Accountability is not their in government that is definitely backlog. Rich kids think that government jobs are boring but, intelligence agencies, policy making, DRDO, ISRO, many more engineering projects happen after government approval.

Some of them doesn't realise that only because their parents were in government job, there are living this lavish lifestyle and a can think of private job.
So a middle class person can understand the importance of a government job.
