This was a missed opportunity to tell the viewing audience that exercise has only a MINIMAL effect on fat loss. That is not to say that exercise doesn't confer upon the exerciser many other health benefits, and it therefore should be a part of a well rounded wellness program, but it does not induce a significant amount of fat loss. The only true way to lose body fat is to change ones diet to one that is hormonally conducive to lowering circulating insulin levels, which liberates fat stores of their triglycerides more readily, while simultaneously being satiating so that one can go longer and longer between meals without feeling hungry, because hunger is the greatest impediment to long term compliance on any diet. The most effective diet to accomplish this is a sensible low carb diet.

You left out the fact that dietary fat stores as body fat more efficiently that protein or carbs (look it up). It only takes 2.5% of excess dietary fat calories to store the rest of the 97.5% fat calories as body fat, but it takes close to 30% of excess dietary protein and carb calories to chemically convert the rest of the 70% to fat stores. Its debated that protein and carbs can even make it to the last stages of being stored as body fat since it takes such a large amount of energy for the chemical conversion, they may just burn themselves out.

I'm quite sure protein doesn't convert into fat, that's why the Atkins diet works (even though it's not good for long term).

I think you mean "33 milligrams" not "33 grams."

In a CO2 cartridge (used for bb-guns, bicycle inflators, soda-machines), there is about 16 grams of CO2. We couldn't possibly exhale two cartridges of CO2 per breath!

I keep in shape by walking my dog and going to the gym 2-3 times per week. I go to a kickboxing class for an hour 2x per week
