1) Eat earlier rather than later i.e. no later than 5pm if possible.
2) Resistance training.

3) Eat foods that you like/enjoy.

My Issue is I eat about 12-2 pm. At about 7 -8 I get hungry and at times will eat cereal, snacks …… I’m going to begin to eat about 1-3 and hopefully this will work. I want to lose 10-12 lbs to be were I feel comfortable & healthy again. Ty again for your daily informative videos !!

I moved my breakfast from 430am to 900am then lunch at 12pm. most of the time I do not need to eat dinner. about 21 hour fast most days.

I eat at 3/4pm, trust me it works. I am at my 2nd week of fasting and I have lost 13 pounds! I feel great and it being my 2nd week, I don't get hungry, even @ 3/4pm. But I STILL eat! I feel no hunger anymore since my body has been use to its routine. I only walk 3 miles 3x a week.

I find that if I give myself a special meal at the end of my week (nothing too indulgent) on one of my feast days, then the fasting days become much much easier.

In regards to hack #1. What if you work overnight. Lkke 12am to 8am? Is a 9am to 1pm a good routine? Or do you mean its best to eat as soon as I wake up? (6pm-9pm)
